Reached Bugis and went to The Bencoolen building to look for the Job agency. After many attempts to look for the place, I almost gave up until I saw the building’s security guard. He told me to go round the parameter of the building to look for the entry to the 2nd floor. I followed his advice and came to the address I found on the internet yesterday night. #02-11, but the shop name wasn’t the agency. It was a slimming center instead.
Immediately called the agency to clarify the address and the agent gave me their address atThe interview was a breeze, but the working environment is a female working environment. The agent told me she’ll call me if I am short-listed. Bought a copy of the Straits Times, another job caught my eyes.
I followed the advice from the employer and went to take bus 62. I told the bus driver to tell me to alight at either burn street or Advance industrial building, but the driver replied that he doesn’t know either of these places. From the bus guide, I found
At the moment I decided that I would have to give that interview a pass. But most importantly I was LOST. Lost in
At Ang Mo Kio, I went to OCBC bank’s ATM to withdraw some money. I trusted that device and hence did not count the cash. I proceeded to POSB bank to deposit the cash I had. To my surprise, the queue was damn long. Then decided to use the Cash-in ATM to deposit the cash instead. The machine counted and prompted me that there was $50 less. I searched my bag, where’s the missing $50??? Looked everywhere frantically but its no where to be found. No choice but to deposit the remaining money.
I came to a conclusion, that either the machines of either banks are faulty or I dropped $50. I thought the former was more accurate because I couldn’t have dropped money as after I took the money from the ATM, I immediately put them into my bag, velcro-ed and safe. I really suspect that either the machine at OCBC dispenced the wrong amount or the machine at POSB counted the wrong amount. But i did not make a fuss out of it on the spot cos i didn't know who to complain to (at a loss)... Feeling sad and depressed, I had no appetite. But still went to the food court to have lunch, eat for the sake of eatting.
What a bad day… God Help Me…
