Spartan King Leonidas and 300 Spartans fight to the last man against Persian King Xerxes and his enormous army of more than one million soldiers. Facing insurmountable odds, the Spartans' sacrifice inspires all of Greece to unite against the Persian invaders. The story is loosely based on the Battle of Thermopylae which took place in 480 BC.
The Fighting scenes were incredibly great! Especially the scenes where King Leonidas lead his men to battle and the war cheer is so touching because the unity of the troops are so strong.
I noticed that Junrong didn't know much about Spartans, Greeks and Romans... Gave him an quick insight after the show :)
After the movie, we walked from Cathay Cinema to Funan IT mall. On the way to the Funan, we walked past the Singapore Arts Museum (Opp SMU). At Funan, I bought a Keyboard for my desktop and a wrist pad for my laptop. Boonhua bought a USB vacuum cleaner to vacuum his keyboard.

Then we went to City Link Mall to have dinner at Asian Kitchen. On the way I bumped into Sean, my Ex-Jazz band fwend while Junrong bumped into MLM friends. wahahaha...
The food at Asian Kitchen was nothing extraordinary but the price was quite hefty. We had Xiao Long Bao (小笼包), Fried Rice (炒饭) and Wanton La Mian (云吞拉面). The Xiao Long Bao weren’t juicy enough, the Fried Rice were bland, the Wanton’s skin were very thick, and the soup base for the La Mian was very salty due to the chicken stock (too much Monosodium Glutamate;MSG).
Only worth 1 Star out of 5 Star for the food at Asian Kitchen. We decided not to go to that place in any near future…
