Its Graduation Nite!!! *huh?*
My section decided to bake cakes for the seniors. Jeanna opened her house for us. Went to Novena to meet her, YY, WeeSeng and FangYu. Bought Ingredients at Square 2. Her Dad Came to drove us to her house.
ChunMeng, YokeChong and Linda came later to help bake cakes too. . .

Pandan Cake receipe
*150g flour * 2 soupspoon oil
*175g sugar * 3 soupspoon pandan essence
* 7 eggs (separate yokes with whites)
1) mix 7 egg whites with sugar into mixing bowl, beat with egg beater until cream thickens
2) mix 3 "soup spoon" of pandan essence with 2 "soup spoon" of oil and sieved flour into another mixing bowl to form greenish bater
3) mix cream with greenish bater
4) preheat oven 175 degress
5) no need to butter the mould
6) add step 3 into mould then put into oven for 45 mins
then Violia! you have ur pandan cake
Baked a total of 3 Pandan Cakes and 1 Marble Cake. Everyone helped. =)

Lower Reeds Section
Ran thru the Marriage of Figaro and Toccata & fugue. Super hard plus never bring reed. had to make do with the baritone sax reed. Contra was raped by 8 ppl. haiz. . .
Went home with JingJing, 5D and JiaHao. Reach home 11.50pm. so late. . . haiz. . . My Mom asked me, y keep going band these days. . . haha. . . but i like!
