was supposed to go and meet j.w at 10.30am at cityhall. i went out wearing formal business pants and leather shoes and short sleeve shirt with a briefcase full of resume and portfolio. while arriving at the mrt, i called j.w and asked if what he wore. to my surprise, He wore Jeans and t-shirt. I was taken aback and hurried back home to change to jeans and sneakers instead.
arrived at city hall around 11am. met j.w and went to guardian pharmancy to buy a copy of the straits time and read the classified section only. we were hesitant whether to go to the job agency. We drank Oreo milk shake at TCC (citylink mall) but still went ahead after the drink.
arrived at TBC job agency. the receptionist asked if we had an appointment. but we didn't. We managed to bluff our way thru and met with the agent, Serene, She took my resume and j.w's contact. i wonder if she'll even actually take a look at my resume... but then again, nvm.
feeling disappointed and devastated, we went to do window shopping at suntec and then to marina sq. stopped by Pacific coffee for a drink and surfed the net using the computer there.
taught J.w how to send resumes and cover letters and I sent a few more resumes there. had Esprit Grape Juice while j.w had mineral water. then we went to Funan to eat lunch at the food court. then we went to plaza Singapura. I wanted a job at music plaza. but the job requirements were rather not my cup of tea. hence we left for centerpoint to window shop. then walked to hereen and stopped at HMV. was scrolling the Japanese section, noticed a drastic drops in YUI CD's price dropped from $70+ to $19+. woah.
thereafter we left and went home at 3.30pm. walked till my leg pain. lol
